RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Keep track of agents discipline and performance; 2- Track Lead development and create strategies, previously planned to increase sales rate; 3- Define weekly/monthly budgets and sales forecast; 4- Set team and individual goals aligned with company goals; 5- Motivate 6- Monitor and evaluate agent monthly performance (using call recording and quality assurance applications), 7- Review productivity and attendance reports, and coach staff members to improve performance; 8- Conduct formal agent performance reviews, including daily goals setting/performance development plan; 9- Assist agents with career development; 10- Stay informed of all new products and services 11- Ensure that agents are properly trained to handle questions about the product and its benefits; 12- Motivate, and stay on top of team needs REQUIREMENTS 2+ Years management/supervisor experience is a must Leadership/coaching courses (preferred) 100% bilingual English-Spanish written/spoken
