Identify and generate new business for EmpleoListo through cold calling of leads, acting upon inbound leads and the utilization of your existing network of contacts
Keep abreast of current knowledge of market activities to include: competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products; update management accordingly
Develop, manage and maintain a detailed pipeline that is sufficient to achieve and exceed assigned quota
Record all prospect and customer database in the company’s SalesForce Automation (SFA) tool of choice, including recording in a timely manner all company interactions, observations and outcomes
Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards set by the company
Strong customer orientation including post sales support in assuring customer goals are met, that the client is successful and is a good renewal candidate for (EL or TJ)
Desire and capability to contribute to the business in its entirety, beyond core expertise
